I got it

What the messe to get the visa from the Indian embassy...
Too many people! French, Indian, and some others nationalities...

To get a visa, there is a procedure. You have to go to the embassy from Monday to Friday between 9.30 and 10.30. Well, "between", it's not exactly that.
I arrived around 8am. Already 70 people in front of me in the queue. At 9.30, doors opened, and it was maybe 100 people behind me. The problem is: at the entrance, they deliver 150 tickets. And it's not one ticket for one person, but one ticket for one passport (so, for those who have 10 passports, it's 10 tickets).
Then you are waiting to get a ticket, and when you have it, you are waiting to give your passport, papers, and 50,00 € (in cash of course). I gave everything at 11.45!
And it was around 30 people still waiting with the "famous" ticket (if you don't have it, come back another day).
...Apparantly, there is a break for lunch between 12 and 1pm. Even if some people are waiting since more than 4 hours. THIS IS CRAZY!!

well... I was back to the embassy Wednesday to take back my passport with the visa.
yeah, i got it!

And you know what?? I saw Richard Gasquet (French tennis player) twice on the way. He wants to go to India as well?? :-)
